Historical data will not be transferred. After the migration, historical data and reports will only be available in DBA and the legacy Binck client portal for a limited period until the closure of these platforms which will happen in the end of 2022. Both platforms will show transactional and balance data only up to the migration date.
In SaxoPartnerConnect and SaxoPortfolio, reports can be generated that show the transactional and balance data from the migration date onwards. Fiscal year reports for 2022 and onwards will be available on the platforms. At the beginning of 2023, you will receive a fiscal year report with the consolidated information from DBA and SaxoPartnerConnect for all accounts under BinckBank NV. Clients who change their contractual relationship from BinckBank NV to Saxo Bank A/S as a result of the migration, will not receive a fiscal year report in 2023 (covering FY 2022) because tax reports are not provided for clients contracted with Saxo Bank A/S.
In addition, we will migrate all average opening prices of all open positions, to ensure that this information remains available on the new platforms and reports.
You will still have access to DBA until the end of 2022, but only for downloading historical reports and similar if needed. No trading or support requests via Incident Tracking should be initiated from DBA after this date. You will be able to complete pending requests via Incident Tracking in DBA.
