We have recently changed the policy on offering OTC securities, which means that certain securities in the OTC market have not been available for purchase since May 21, 2021. This impacts OTC securities that have an extra increased risk within the OTC securities offering, such as failure to comply with regulatory reporting obligations and have therefore been assigned the lowest classification of 'Pink - no information'.
The amended policy does not affect any existing OTC securities in your end-customer's account. From 21 May 2021, however, it will only be possible to place sell orders for OTC securities that can no longer be bought.
