The Dutch Tax Report 2023 is now ready for download and the following steps will demonstrate in detail how to obtain the report via the platforms, SaxoPortfolio and SaxoPartnerConnect.
Downloading the report via SaxoPortfolio - for your end-clients:
- Log into SaxoPortfolio
- Navigate to the person icon in the top right corner
- Select the Dutch tax report and the year 2023
- Click on Download
Downloading the report for a specific end-client via SaxoPartnerConnect:
- Search for a specific client
- Navigate to Reports
- Select Dutch Tax Report and the year 2023
- Click on Download
Downloading the reports in bulk for all (or part) of your end-clients:
- Go to Clients
- Navigate to All clients reports or if you wish to select specific clients, you can do that
- Select Dutch Tax Report and the year 2023
- Click PDF
- Go to Download centre where you will be able to find a ZIP file with the generated reports
Important to take note of:

Please be aware that it may take up to one hour for the reports to be generated when using the bulk download request, especially for a larger client list. The time depends on the number of clients included in the bulk download request and your internet speed.

For clients who have closed their accounts, the report will be sent directly to their last known email addresses registered in our system. This process is expected to be carried out by mid to late March 2024. If the client has not received the report by the mentioned date, please create a case for 'Client Service' and provide the client's email address. Request the Dutch tax report for 2023 to be resent to the client. The report will be sent to the client's new email address within five working days.

If you have any questions about the reports, such as how the values are calculated or if the report contains inaccurate information, please contact your account manager by creating a case for Institutional Service. Provide all relevant details, including the client ID, the report itself, and an explanation of the issue. Your account manager will contact the relevant team and provide updates on the request through the same case. Please note that it may take up to five working days to obtain an explanation, depending on the complexity of the query.
