The monthly product updates (MPU) is one of Saxo’s official channels to communicate news and upcoming changes related to our institutional services. These vary and the MPU usually covers updates about products, regulatory matters, process changes, EOD file changes, webinar invites, document changes, and relevant news regarding Saxo.
It is important that you read the MPUs as the news we share might impact your services, daily work, and your end-clients. In some cases the changes might require you to make your own adjustment/arrangements before the implementation of the change/update will take place. If the change is significant, we usually send it ad hoc but we might have a reminder in the MPU.
Because the MPU can have an impact on several business areas, we encourage you to always read the newsletters and send it across in your organization to ensure your colleagues are aware of the letter and its content.
Practical information
- How often does Saxo send the MPU? Depending on the quantity of news and changes we either send the letter on monthly or bi-monthly basis.
- From which email is Saxo sending the MPU? It is being sent from info@mail.home.saxo – please ensure that this email is whitelisted and not being blocked internally in your systems or going to a spam folder.
- Where can I find previously sent MPUs? IAM MPU archives are stored on the IAM help portal in the News section here
- How to allow new users to receive the MPUs? The user must be listed as an authorized contact in Saxo's systems in order for the user to receive the MPU and all other ad hoc communications sent to the IAMs. Please contact your account manager for more info about this.
