As previously communicated, we need to complete our ongoing due diligence (ODD) and /or enhanced due diligence (EDD) process for our mutual customers. All your employees that need access to SaxoPartnerConnect and authorization to the client renewal module received an email with login instructions and are now authorized to start the OOD and EDD process.
Please get started now
You should start the process of reviewing, validating and updating information immediately. During July and August, we require continued attention from you to support us in finalizing the process by providing additional information and documentation.
How to use the client renewal module
- To navigate to the client renewal module, click on one of the links in the ‘Active renewals’ or ‘Upcoming renewals’ tiles on the dashboard, or navigate to “Clients” à “Client renewal”.
- You will see clients requiring ODD in the module under ‘Active renewals/New’.
- You can keep track of their status (including clients waiting for Saxo to pick up), in progress on Saxo’s side, pending for you to submit additional information and processed indicating client has been renewed.

Your support is essential
We depend on you to receive all necessary customer information in a timely manner to ensure regulatory compliance for your business and ours. We will continuously evaluate and process the submitted information and initiate feedback loops where necessary. It is important that you respond as soon as possible and provide us with the necessary information, so that the process can be completed in time.
For corporate clients, please fill out Source of Funds form
To avoid an additional feedback loop, it is important that you upload the Source of Funds form for corporate clients. Therefore, please download the form (for Dutch and Belgian clients) and fill it out before initiating the ODD process. On the last page of the ODD process (called ‘Company documents upload’), click on ‘Upload’ and choose ‘source of funds document’ in the drop down menu. You can upload the form there.
Don't you have access to SaxoPartnerConnect yet?
If you don't have access yet, it could be that you still must specify the employee access to SaxoPartnerConnect. Please reach out to your relationship manager or to our colleagues at saxopartnerconnect@saxobank.com to resolve this. After that, authorized employees will receive an email with login instructions.
