We are now two weeks away from your upcoming migration to Saxo Bank and SaxoPartnerConnect on 31 October as per the migration communication from 10 October and 21 September. Please ensure that you have read the communications and kindly contact your relationship manager if anything is unclear.

Onboarding of new customers – please start using Saxo’s paper CAFs from Tuesday 18 October
As previously communicated, onboarding cases started after 17 October 2022 will be onboarded on Saxo’s side
This means that from Tuesday 18 October, you can start using Saxo’s paper CAFs for private, corporate, joint and minor accounts for new customers. Please submit the forms via case management in SaxoPartnerConnect. Find the documentation and client application forms on the help centre.
You can track the status of your onboarding cases via the client onboarding module. Watch the video on monitoring onboarding.
Please expect longer onboarding times between 17-31 October 2022.
Any open onboarding cases started on the Binck side before 17 October will be picked up and finalized on Saxo’s side.
Should you receive Binck paper CAFs from your clients after migration, we accept and process the forms until 18 November 2022. Read more in our help centre.
Digital onboarding for private customers
For partners where SFTP connections have been created for onboarding, we will soon send you a personal link to your onboarding flow for your private customers. In the meantime, you can view sample flows for BinckBank NV in Dutch and for BinckBank BE in Dutch and French.

Access to SaxoPartnerConnect – remember to check your access before Friday 28 October
Due to migration activities, you are not able to access SaxoPartnerConnect from Friday 28 October at 16:00 until Monday 31 October at 06:00 CET.
Please log in and review your end-customers and their accounts in SaxoPartnerConnect before 28 October to verify your login credentials work. Note that securities and cash positions are still in the Binck systems.
If you forgot your UserID or password to access SaxoPartnerConnect, take a look at the information in our help centre.
Your end-customers will not be able to access SaxoPortfolio either. They will be informed via the password reset email.
Open single and block orders will be automatically cancelled on the weekend of migration
You will need to place the orders again in SaxoPartnerConnect when you have access to SaxoPartnerConnect again on Monday 31 October.
We suggest you try to limit the number of open orders up to the migration weekend.
If there are still open orders on Friday 28 October at market closure, we will inform you. You can also find any open orders on DBA.
