What are the system requirements for SaxoConnect & SaxoPortfolio?
SaxoConnect and SaxoPortfolio are compatible with the following browsers and operating systems:

Specifically for Firefox: If you have any technical issues, please make sure you have established the following Firewall/Proxy configuration to ensure that the platforms run optimally.
If you or the end-clients are experiencing any general platform performance challenges, please ensure the following:
- You are using the most up-to-date versions of the browsers mentioned above.
- Reset your browser’s history and clear the cache.
- Your device (PC/Mac, tablet or smartphone) runs the most up-to-date operating system.
- Try to see if the issue is reproducible using an “Incognito/Private browsing mode” on the concerned browser.
- If the issue persist, please contact client services via SaxoConnect or call on their direct phone number. When you contact client services, please provide them with your user ID/account number so they can identify you.
