We will take care of transferring all your end-customers positions to Saxo Bank's new platforms. Once we have transferred your end-customer’ accounts, you and your end-customers can log in to the new Saxo platforms and review all the details.
Please note: Open single and block orders will be automatically cancelled on the weekend of the transition to the Saxo platforms. There will of course be no transaction charges for this. Please be aware that open orders will not be replaced on the Saxo platform. We will provide you with an overview of all cancelled orders, so that you can reset all open orders yourself on the Saxo platform once the transition has been completed.
