SaxoPartnerConnect: You will receive new login credentials to SaxoPartnerConnect for your staff from your primary contact and will need to reset your password to access SaxoPartnerConnect.
Also take a look at this video, in which we demonstrate how to log in to SaxoPartnerConnect with Two Factor Authentication (2FA or TFA).
SaxoPortfolio for your end-customer: Your end-customers will get a new user ID and will need to reset their password to access SaxoPortfolio. Saxo Bank will send your end-customers their new user ID and a link to reset their password.
Does your end-customer have a joint account, minor or corporate account?
With this type of account, all account holders and/or (legal) representative(s) will get their own personal user ID and must therefore set a new password. All account holders and/or legal representatives will receive a message about this by email.
For security reasons, we must ask you and your end-customers to set a new password for the Saxo platforms. Clear instructions will be provided by email on how to set a new password. Setting a new password for Saxo Bank does not change the password that you use for BinckBank. You and your end-customers should therefore continue to use your old password to log in to BinckBank.
After the migration, it will not be possible for you to reset the password on behalf of your customer.
