As communicated in the webinar 15 December 2021, Incident Tracking will be replaced by the new Case Management module after the migration to Saxo Bank. Ongoing cases that are in Incident Tracking will be handled by us as much as possible before the migration. Cases that have not been resolved before migration, will not be automatically transferred to Case Management. That means that you have to create a new case in Case Management immediately after migration.
